Ext Sales Analyst

Job Description
On this position you will:
- Support FSF team with needed reports and data, building high-quality customer-oriental reports and tools to internal customer
- Work with company financial indicators and their analytics (Gross profit, Gross to net, analyses of discounts etc)
- Prepare the MRD desk within the monthly cycle
- All companie's activity reconciliation with distributor (products, sales, equipment, warehouse stock, prices, cross sell).
- Daily data completeness check, communication with DS/IT (in case of problems) and publication of status on Workplace
- TRT synchronization and maintaining the relevance of SMART directories (ship to, products, warehouses, territories)
- Manage Sales projects with impact in IS, manage project implementation and KPI control.
- KA promo effect analyse on monthly basis
Qualifications
- Higher degree in the field of Finance or Economic
- Experience in a Commercial environment
- Good knowledge of English
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, developed communication skills, ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
- Confident user of MS Excel (Power Query and Power BI is a plus)
- Learning agility
